We don’t want to be outsiders, creeping in, fixing the server, and creeping out, because our approach is – first things first – to get to know you and your company. By knowing the people, we’ll know what those people need to get their jobs done, and we can make informed and intelligent decisions about what kind of support they need. One of the many benefits of contracting to Tekbit is that we provide you with just the right amount of support: not too much, not too little.
When putting together a contract, we’ll analyze how your company works, consider the equipment you use, and determine what other sorts of support you’ll need. This will allow us to arrive at a good-faith estimate of the time it will take to support your company.
Once the contract is in place, we’ll start visiting your office on a regular basis. Depending on your needs, you’ll see us once a week, a couple of times a week, or every single day.
What all the contracts boil down to is that we’ll be there when you need us, and we won’t be in your way when you don’t.
